Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions cover the following topics: delivery and shipping costs, payment and delivery times, exchanges, and data protection.
Order
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.
By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is concluded by sending the invoice by email no later than five days thereafter.
Should our order confirmation contain typing or printing errors, or should our pricing be based on technical transmission errors, we are entitled to contest this, whereby we must prove our mistake to you. Payments already made will be refunded immediately. We deliver "while stocks last". If the ordered product is unavailable because we are not supplied by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if applicable, suggest delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available, or if you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately refund any consideration already provided.

All details such as bank information, amount, etc. that you need to settle your order will be shown in your order confirmation on the screen after you have submitted the order, as well as in your order confirmation email.
If you order by post, fax, or telephone, you will receive all essential information by email, post, or fax, depending on which details we have from you, so that your order can be completed as quickly as possible.
As soon as the payment has been received in our account, your goods will be shipped. If one or more items are not yet in stock at that time, we will confirm receipt of your transfer and dispatch the items as soon as they become available. Of course, there will be no additional costs for subsequent delivery.
If no payment has been received in our account after 5 days, we will cancel your order.

Delivery times
For deliveries within Germany, you will receive your order within the next 2 to 3 working days. Please note that weekends and public holidays must be taken into account.
Before completing the order, we will summarise your details again for you to check. If everything is correct, simply click "Buy". So that you know exactly when your items will arrive, you will first receive an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation from us by email. In general, all products listed in the shop are in stock. If an item is no longer available, it is removed from our website immediately. However, it may happen that two orders are processed at the same time and only one item remains in stock. According to the principle of "first in, first out" we will process the order placed first and inform the sender of the other order immediately of the situation. If payment has already been made in the meantime, we will of course refund the amount immediately. Exchange
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the items to us and place a new order online for the replacement items you require. Please note that items purchased in a retail store cannot be exchanged in the La Ballerina online shop and vice versa.

If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied by our suppliers without our own fault, we can withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you without delay and suggest, if necessary, the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available, or if you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will refund you any costs already paid.

A. Within Germany
We deliver your order as soon as possible and free of charge.
B. Shipping costs EU countries:
We deliver your order as soon as possible, the shipping costs 13,99 €
C. Shipping to non-EU countries:
Shipping costs for shipping to non-EU countries is currently approx. 13,99 €. Shipping to countries outside the European Community may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the respective country of importation. You can obtain further information about the customs and import regulations of your country through the local chambers of industry and commerce or customs offices.
Please check the goods before receipt for damage. In the case of transport damage, please contact the delivery agent immediately. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense, as far as this is reasonable for you. Should the delivery of the goods fail despite three-time delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. If necessary, You will be refunded immediately.
