Shipping policy

Delivery times:

For deliveries within Germany, you will receive your order within the next 3 to 4 working days. Please note that weekends and public holidays must be added to this period. 

Before completing your order, we will summarise your details once again for you to review. If everything is correct, simply click "Buy". So that you know exactly when your items will arrive, you will first receive an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation by email. In general, all products listed in the shop are in stock. If an item is no longer available for delivery, it is removed from our website immediately. However, it may happen that two orders are placed at the same time and only one item remains in stock. According to the principle of "first in first out" we process the order placed first and inform the sender of the other order immediately of the situation. If payment has already been made in the meantime, we will of course refund the amount without delay. Delivery:

Delivery to the address is carried out by a courier from DHL or GLS to the address specified in the order.

Delivery and shipping costs 

A. Within Germany:

For orders with a value of 101,01€ or more, we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible and free of shipping charges 

B. Shipping costs to EU countries: 

We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The flat-rate shipping fee is currently 13,99 €

C. Shipping to non-EU countries: 

Shipping costs for dispatch to non-EU countries are based on the rates of DHL EXPRESS International (Germany) . For shipping to countries outside the European Community, customs duties and taxes may be charged in the respective country of import. More detailed information on your country's customs and import regulations can be obtained from the local chambers of industry and commerce or customs offices.

Please inspect the goods for damage upon receipt. In the event of transport damage, please contact the delivery service immediately. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, provided this is reasonable for you. If delivery of the goods fails despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded to you without delay.
