Refund policy

📄 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Notification of withdrawal may in particular be made via our returns portal; this is sufficient to comply with the withdrawal period.

🧾 Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 15 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

For the reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within 15 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period has expired.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of them that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality (Section 357 (7) BGB).

💰 Flat-rate compensation for goods not in perfect condition

In the case of returns that are not in perfect condition, we reserve the right to deduct the following flat-rate amounts from the refund:

• 30.00 EUR per pair – for worn goods or clearly visible signs of use
• 10.00 EUR per pair – for damaged, soiled, or original packaging no longer suitable for sale

👠 Exchange / Right of Return / Returns

We guarantee that the products sold are delivered free from material defects and defects in title. Each shoe is individually inspected before shipping to ensure flawless quality.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in a condition in which we can resell it. This means in particular:

• Original packaging, intact labels and tags
• no damage, no soiling
• not worn – fitting only on a clean surface without leaving permanent signs of use
• return within 15 working days of receipt
• return shipping costs are borne by the customer

As soon as we have received your product, we will first inspect its condition. If all return conditions are met, we will arrange the refund to the account registered with us or to the payment method originally used.

We will try to transfer the amount as quickly as possible. As a rule, the refund is made within 3–5 working days after completion of the inspection; depending on the bank, the processing time may be slightly longer.
