The consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 15 days without giving any reason.

Cancellation is exercised by a clear declaration via our returns portal or by email/post. To meet the cancellation deadline, timely registration in the returns portal is sufficient.
2. Consequences of cancellation
We will refund all payments, including standard shipping costs, within 15 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods or proof of dispatch has been provided.
Returns must be sent back within 15 days.
The consumer shall bear any loss in value in accordance with § 357 para. 7 BGB if it resulted from use exceeding the usual inspection of the goods.
3. Flat-rate compensation for loss in value
3.1 Worn goods
In the event of visible signs of use, a flat fee of 30.00 EUR per pair will be charged.
3.2 Damaged original packaging
For damaged / soiled packaging, a flat fee of 10.00 EUR will be charged.
4. Return conditions
In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, the following apply:
- Return within 15 working days
- Original packaging required
- no signs of use
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- no direct exchange (new order required)
- Store purchases cannot be returned online
