Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions cover the following topics: delivery and shipping costs, payment and delivery times, exchanges, and data protection.
Order
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted. The purchase contract is concluded when the invoice is sent by email, no later than five days afterwards.
If our order confirmation contains writing or printing errors, or if our pricing is based on technical transmission errors, we are entitled to contest this, whereby we must prove our error to you. Any payments already made will be refunded to you immediately. We deliver "while supplies last". If the ordered product is not available because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if applicable, suggest delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if you do not want a comparable product delivered, we will, if applicable, refund any consideration already provided immediately.

A. Within Germany:
From 90.01€ order value we will dispatch your order as quickly as possible and free of shipping costs .
B. Shipping costs to EU countries:
We will dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The flat-rate shipping charge is currently €12.00
C. Shipping to non-EU countries:
Shipping costs for shipping to non-EU countries are based on the rates of DHL EXPRESS International (Germany) . For shipping to countries outside the European Community, customs duties and taxes may be charged in the respective country of import. You can obtain more detailed information on your country's customs and import regulations from the local chambers of industry and commerce or customs offices.
Please inspect the goods for damage upon receipt. In the event of transport damage, please contact the carrier immediately. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries at our expense, insofar as this is reasonable for you. If delivery of the goods fails despite three delivery attempts, we may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to you immediately.

A) ADVANCE PAYMENT OR INSTANT BANK TRANSFER - WITH THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT, A DISCOUNT OF 3% IS GRANTED.
The easiest way to pay if you are not yet a customer of the "La Ballerina by Sonja Ricci" online shop.
It's that simple:
You will receive all details such as bank information, amount, etc. that you need to settle your order in your order confirmation on screen after you have submitted the order, as well as in your order confirmation email.
If you order by post, fax, or telephone, you will receive all essential information by email, post, or fax, depending on which details we have from you, in order to complete your order as quickly as possible.
As soon as payment has been received in our account, your goods will be shipped. If one or more items are not yet in stock at that time, we will confirm receipt of your transfer and dispatch the items as quickly as possible once available. Of course, there will be no additional costs for you in the event of a later delivery.
If no payment has been received in our account after 5 days, we will cancel your order.

Gitox Handels GmbH does not receive any detailed personal information about you as part of the credit check. Please understand that Gitox Handels GmbH reserves the right to change the selected payment method retrospectively for first and subsequent orders depending on the credit check and order value. In this case, we will notify you immediately and offer you an alternative payment method.
Please transfer the invoice amount entered without deduction within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please be sure to state your invoice and customer number as the payment reference.

With PayPal, you can pay for your purchases easily, securely, and quickly.

Select the "PayPal" payment option when placing your online order. After submitting the order
you will automatically be redirected to PayPal's secure payment form. If you already have a PayPal

instructions. Within seconds, we receive your payment and your goods can be dispatched immediately, subject to availability.
Your bank and credit card details are not passed on to third parties. For buyers,
paying with PayPal is always free of charge, by the way.
Delivery times
For deliveries within Germany, you will receive your order within the next 3 to 4 working days. Please note that weekends and public holidays must be added.
Before completing your order, we will summarize your details once again for you to review. If everything is correct, simply click "Buy". So that you know exactly when your items will arrive, you will first receive an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation by email. Generally, all products listed in the shop are in stock. If an item is no longer available, it is removed from our website immediately. However, it may happen that two orders are processed at the same time and only one item remains in stock. Following the principle "first in first out" we process the order placed first and inform the sender of the other order immediately about the situation. If payment has already been made in the meantime, we will of course refund the amount immediately. Exchange
When you put on the ordered shoes for the first time: Please try the shoes on over a carpet or another soft surface so that the sole does not get scratched. We ask for your understanding that returns are only possible if there are no signs of use.
